Affiliate established in January 2002, bringing together all hanarotelecom call centers. Launched following the merger of two subsidiaries, Hanaro Customer Service, Inc. and Hanaro Interdesk, Inc.
Hanaro Customer Service, founded in October 1998, was responsible for customer care service, including service guide, customer registration and telephone guide while Hanaro Interdesk, set up in March 2000, took care of complaint reporting and technical support.
Skilled operators, all eager to satisfy customers, stationed in our hanaro call centers in four major cities - Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan and Gwangju - to answer customer inquiries from anywhere in the nation.

Focusing on maximizing synergy with the on-line business, hanarotelecom's new business area. |
